I have been a technical writer for over 20 years, and I am the founder of Virtual Content Specialists and Virtual Content University, where I offer online courses about learning effective technical writing and marketing skills. Some of my technical writing experience includes creating online help, knowledge bases, user guides, quick start guides, policy and procedure manuals, training materials, and web content. My marketing experience includes writing and distributing press releases, designing ads and marketing materials, creating e-mail campaigns and landing pages, writing e-books, and managing social media. I am proud to have won awards for my technical writing from the Society for Technical Communication.
In addition, I am also a Registered Dietetic Technician and Certified LEAP Therapist, and founder of The Food Cop. My education includes undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Dietetics.
